Owned and exclusively operated in Queenstown, Partners in Grime provides quality cleaning, landscaping and general maintenance services to a wide range of customers from commercial premises (and boats) to rental houses and permanent homes.
Local owners Bridget and Aaron Murphy bring diverse experience having spent over 10 years managing five star resorts in the Caribbean, Australia, Fiji and New Zealand – while metaining ownership of their own holiday home in Queenstown. From this experience Aaron and Bridget were able to develop a company founded
Firstly, on their belief in their people, and then equally on creating cost effective but high end cleaning solutions.
While the intention was never to be the biggest cleaning company in town, only the best, the business has seen substantial growth, from the couple owning one car and doing most of the cleaning themselves to having fifteen staff, nine cars and more than one-hundred customers. Partners in Grime provide a complete solution for all home and commercial property maintenance. Replacing the need of multiple services such as a cleaner, a landscaper, a window cleaner, a hot tub serviceman, or even an electrician to change that lightbulb!

Bridget Murphy
Founder
Bridget treads water for days without breaking rhythm. Her networking prowess is such that LinkedIn was modelled on her personal diary. She’s memorised the location of every item in Frankton Countdown and holds the record for cycling up Queenstown Hill. She organises her time so efficiently that GMT is calibrated against her. She has such attention to detail that she remains the only recorded human to find a needle in a haystack — when she does, it’s power-napping, upright, chair optional.
